The CleanMax Zoom ZM-500 Deluxe weighs just 9 pounds, so it goes up stairs and down long hallways without wearing you out. The direct-air 5.5-amp two-speed motor moves 115 CFM through a HEPA-media bag, and the low-speed setting is LEED qualifying and quiet enough for occupied rooms.

A wood brushroll, integrated squeegee and automatic height adjustment mean it transitions from carpet to hard floor without a switch. Six non-marking rubber wheels on brass bushings roll easily and protect finished floors, and the metal handle tube with looped grip plus a metal cord hook with quick cord release stand up to daily commercial use.
