SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AREAS
We ship throughout the continental United States. Local delivery is available in the San Francisco Bay Area.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout
• Local Delivery: Available for Bay Area customers - contact us for rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on actual product weight and destination. Heavy items like vacuum cleaners and sewing machines may have higher shipping costs.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and territories).

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Free in-store pickup available at our Redwood City location:
1823 El Camino Real
Redwood City, CA 94063

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready (typically within 24 hours).

LARGE ITEMS
Some large sewing machines and vacuum cleaners ship via freight carrier. We'll contact you to arrange delivery if freight shipping is required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United States.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, contact us immediately at 650-368-2841 or tkgarcia@gmail.com with photos.
