SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AREAS
We ship within California only. Orders with a shipping address outside California cannot be completed at checkout. Local delivery is available in the San Francisco Bay Area, and free in-store pickup is available to everyone at our Redwood City store.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $8.00 flat rate
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00 flat rate
• UPS: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Local Delivery: Available for Bay Area customers - contact us for rates

Heavy items like vacuum cleaners and sewing machines may ship via UPS or freight, in which case the cost shown at checkout reflects actual product weight and destination.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Free in-store pickup available at our Redwood City location:
1823 El Camino Real
Redwood City, CA 94063

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready (typically within 24 hours). In-store pickup is available to any customer, including those outside California.

LARGE ITEMS
Some large sewing machines and vacuum cleaners ship via freight carrier. We'll contact you to arrange delivery if freight shipping is required.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA
We do not currently ship outside California, either elsewhere in the United States or internationally. If you are outside California and interested in a machine, please call us at 650-368-2841 and we will be glad to help you find an authorized dealer near you.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, contact us immediately at 650-368-2841 or tkgarcia@gmail.com with photos.
