RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

RETURNABLE ITEMS:
• Vacuum cleaners and accessories (in original packaging, unused)
• Sewing machines (in original packaging, unused)
• Parts and attachments (unopened)
• Bags, filters, and supplies (unopened)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
• Opened consumables (vacuum bags, filters, belts)
• Floor models and clearance items marked "Final Sale"
• Special orders and custom items
• Items without original packaging or showing signs of use
• Gift cards and class registrations

EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange items for a different model or color. Contact us at 650-368-2841 or visit our Redwood City location at 1823 El Camino Real.

REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

WARRANTY ITEMS
Defective items covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned for repair or replacement according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
